Below you will read several steps explaining how we can prepare butter.
First, check the milk contents and look at the quality and fat content. Some people taste it to know there is fat to make the butter. After that, keep the milk in a clean place and leave it to cool. Second, separate the cream from the milk then place the butter in a jar. After that, drain the butter milk from the butter. When we do that, we have to churn the cream until it becomes thick. Remember; don’t forget to wash the butter with cool water to remove the remaining butter milk. Before we cut and wrap the butter, we have to add a small amount of salt for flavor. And, finally store it in a fridge, and use it when we want.
